Tattooed Bride Wedding|Nicole and Kenny

I love my job for many reasons but mainly because I get to meet amazing couples and share the most important day of their lives. Although each celebration is memorable, I would be tempted to vote Nicole and Kenny's wedding "most free-spirited". Part of that was due to our very talented tattooed bride who also owns and operates the Dollhouse Tattoo Parlor in Glendora NJ. She's a free spirit for sure and I feel it's one of her best qualities! That's not to say that they completely ignored tradition: Nicole wore a beautiful sleeveless white lace gown with a button back and they provided their guests with an elegant sit-down dinner. The evening also featured hilarious toasts and memorable first dances.

But otherwise Nicole and Kenny made sure that the day reflected their fun and artistic selves. First off, the happy couple included Nicole's three beloved felines in the spotlight. Brides often have firm ideas about "must have" shots, and Nicole, also known as the "Cat Lady," was no exception! It was a lot of fun to capture mandatory "getting ready" shots with Nicole and each of her kitties.

Nicole's sleeveless lace dress was the perfect frame for her sleeve of tattoos featuring one of her beloved cats. Nicole was joined by her seven fun-loving and beautiful bridesmaids while groom Kenny assembled his posse of seven groomsman. But far from being traditional, the bridal party sported first-class ink that Nicole herself had worked on-- from a groomsman's bald head to a bridemaid's beautifully decorated calf.

The ceremony was held in a beautiful outside setting at their venue. With family and friends looking on, the couple exchanged non-traditional vows and were declared married by a friend wearing a red velvet bishop's miter to add some humor to the occasion! By the end of the evening, everyone had thoroughly enjoyed a one-of-a-kind wedding celebration. I'm thrilled that I was able to share in the magic....thanks guys!!
