Lucky for me (and everyone who lives in New Jersey) we have wonderful beaches that are only a short drive away. I met Liz and Rob in Ocean City NJ in late March where we got to spend some time together before their November wedding at the Arts Ballroom in Philadelphia.
A Message from the Engaged Couple
Our trip to Ocean City New Jersey for our engagement photography session with Ralph went perfectly. For starters, Ralph was a professional of the highest standards. It was a bit cold in late March, and Ralph was kind enough to share his sweater and his warm car with us. He drove over an hour to get to our location and stayed longer than the agreed upon time so we could get the most out of our session. Then he had the finished album to us less than 24 hours later.
While taking photos, he was kind, reassuring, and fun to be around. He gave instructions in a simple manner on how to get the best pictures that accurately represent our relationship. He constantly had great ideas on what to do, where to stand, and how to interact with one another. He made the whole process simple, and the results are astounding.
Too often pictures can feel staged, generic and unflattering. And when we saw photographs that captured our personalities and our relationship it was refreshing!
The pictures were a huge hit with family and friends who want to share in our joy at this special time in our lives. We fall in love with one another a bit more every time we look at them, and that is worth the world to us.
We are glad to recommend Ralph for engagement sessions, weddings, or any other photography needs!
Liz and Rob felt right at home during our session due to the connection they have to Ocean City. Liz's parents have a home in town and she's been spending summers there for many years. I always recommend a location that my couples have a connection to because it will help put them at ease. Liz and Rob were no exception and were comfortable in Ocean City and had a great chemistry while we were shooting! It was also great to have the boardwalk and beach pretty much to ourselves (that would never happen during the summer!) and the light we had was fantastic!
I love the beach cruisers that Liz's parents had back at their house! Liz and Rob rode the bikes to the beach which made for some fun photos!
